We are called to walk without competition in the body of Christ. The Lord did not make duplicates. He made each of us unique, and has a place in the Kingdom of God for each of us.

When I look at a puzzle, I don’t see any two pieces alike. If they were, the picture would not look right. Have you ever heard the saying ‘there’s something wrong with this picture’? Well, that’s what a puzzle would look like if several pieces were the same. And we need to see ourselves as unique as well. Now I’m not saying we’re puzzle pieces. We are individuals.

One way that the enemy tries to make us believe that we are all the same is through competition, which is just a cover-up word for jealousy. When we’re not sure of our place in the family of God, we fear being replaced. But when we know where we belong, we can celebrate the victories of each other. We all have a place!

I have found that the School of Prophetic Knowledge has helped me find my place; my own gift and calling. It took some time, but now I see that I can serve the Lord without competing with anyone. God has made a special place for me.

Prophet Kent Simpson teaches about the area that God has for us. And when we find that place, joy erupts within us! Life takes on far more meaning, and the body of Christ interacts in deeper ways than we ever imagined. We share the life of Christ, because we are His Body, but without competition. The jealousy ebbs away. And when we know where we fit, we feel like we have come home.

I pray that each one of us will know where we fit, because we are called to walk together, without jealousy–that competitive spirit holding us back. God bless you today, as you live for Him. As a graduate of the School of Prophetic Knowledge, I want to say what a powerful course it has been. It has given me a way to learn the Scriptures in my own home, when I have time. There is no test at the end of the course. Now I’m listening to the DVD’s for the third time! As soon as I hear the truth, I try to go out and practice what I have learned.

This has been an incredible investment. (It is the price of one course in some places). When you find the truth, the learning continues to expand. The Lord is using this material in many lives already, but I would like to see even more people taking it in order to grow quickly.

I would like to send out a CHALLENGE to any of you that have previously taken the School of Prophetic Knowledge; would you consider inviting at least one other person to take the course, so that they could learn and apply this prophetic knowledge by ministering to others as well? As you know, we all need to be students of the Word Jesus Christ, (and the Scriptures) at any age, and this course helps us find where we fit in the body of Christ, and then find how to use our gift to help others. Good Morning Kirk,

I wanted to personally thank you for the prophetic words spoken over our children. Indeed we will treasure these words in our hearts knowing that our God who authored these destinies is faithful. I have listened to them numerous times. I once again am struck by how amazingly diverse our Father is and how big he thinks. I am also blessed to be the mother of these world changers. Wow.

God answered my prayer about learning more about the prophetic at the Anointed by Association gathering. Even though I was given the Father’s approval to attend, I was unsure about if I was out of my league or over my head. Immediately upon entering the conference room, I felt a wave of peace come over me.

When Kent shared about PMT’s vision, I knew that was exactly what I was desiring – a safe place to learn, grow and mature in the calling on my life. The real, humble, God fearing, Spirit led, Christ honoring character of the PMT staff was evident. I have just completed the School of Prophetic Knowledge. My husband has only a few lessons to go. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate you and your ministry. I have been a fan of Elijah List and other prophetic ministries for many years. However, the draw I had was different with yours. I had never seen a prophetic ministry that gave words for an offering before. I know many have the mindset that it is wrong to request a donation for their word, but IF it is wrong why would God continue to stretch and bless your ministry? Enlarge it to an almost unobtainable measure? Your job in the ministry is FULL time and how God chooses to compensate you is not questionable to me. I never thought twice about sending in my donation and the first word I received from you was on March 7, 2013. I was astonished and had NO idea I was called to be a prophet, among several other gifts that will come into fruition eventually. I have literally been in transition for almost two years since that word and have not operated in the things stated YET. My faith and His calling on my life WILL come through. I will fight tooth and nail, regardless of how long it takes. I have received 4 more requested prophecies from you since then and most of them seem to compliment the first and then expand/stretch me further. The prophetic gathering was enlightening and helped me maintain my course. I was excited when I went to wash my daughter’s bedding and a handkerchief dropped out of her pillowcase that she had received there! You are affecting many lives; including the next generation 🙂

It so thrills me when I see topics that you are writing about that have been in my recent prayers. At some time in the past I heard that Esther and the other women received beauty treatments that included fragrant oils and that these beauty treatments went on for 6 months or so before they went before the King. The treatments not only made their skin beautiful, but also fragrant. I have been asking Holy Spirit to do this with me with a fragrance that Jesus loves. It would be awesome to carry a fragrance the Lord enjoys!

What an awesome book ! When I started reading I realized how hungry I have been for “GOOD food.” I call it Steak ! The best and deepest steak that you can find.

I just have a question. In your book you say: Who or What is the Word of God – First of all the Bible is not the Word of God, Jesus Christ is the Word of God.

I fully agree and have said that for a long time but if I make that statement to my friends they think that I now believe that the words in the Bible was not written under the guidance of God/the Holy Spirit and that I am teaching a false teaching.

What do I answer?

What is Prophetic Counseling?

There is a difference between receiving Prophetic Counseling vs. Personal Prophecy.

When giving prophetic guidance and counseling it helps to know more about the person. The difference is when you receive a prophetic word from God He is telling you what He wants to say. In the past, I spent much of my time traveling to other countries, but ministering in distant places left me drained. I have decided to hang up my traveling shoes and focus upon those families who regularly support this ministry. Receiving Your Personal Prophecy

Though a prophet may receive a monetary blessing when giving a person a word from God, he is not to be mistaken for a hireling. A prophet who is a hireling will give a false prophecy at the request of his financial provider for monetary gain.

In contrast to these false prophets, there are men of God who desire to only speak God’s words and to reveal God’s plans for the people. These men receive their spiritual blessing from God and their financial blessing from God’ people.

Old Testament Times

In the Old Testament we find that the Lord commanded Samuel, a prophet of God, to prophesy over a young man who would be coming his way around lunchtime. The Lord indicated that this young man’s name was Saul and he would be looking for his father’s lost donkeys.

Today’s Spiritual Guidance

As it was in the Old Testament it is today; it is not evil to seek a prophet for spiritual guidance or direction from God.

In this and other scriptures throughout the Bible, God has shown us that we must support his prophets. These men of old had conviction that they must bless the prophet, Samuel, for his intercession. God wants His people to be cheerful in giving.
