There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
I Corinthians 12:4-11

MANIFESTATION – an uncovering, revealing of a spiritual revelation made manifest. There are many pitfalls in walking out your revelation. Not all revelations become manifestations because we are unaware of the pitfalls.

This message will help you side step many of the mistakes made while living your God given revelation. It is God’s will for you to receive the promises from every revelation; however, you can derail His plan if you do not have the knowledge of what NOT to do.

These simple errors can become very costly; don’t take any chances. This message goes into biblical detail of how others have been robbed because of ignorance. You can avoid common mistakes by learning from others who have already had these experiences. What good is revelation without it’s manifestation?

*Kingdom of God*

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Matthew 6:33

This verse of scripture came to me years ago answering a nagging and confusing question. The question was; why is it I do exactly what I am being taught in the bible and I am still sick and poor? The truth may shock you!

This message, “Kingdom of God”, was recorded at River of Life Church in Kemp, Texas. You will discover what has been going on in my personal life by watching this video. Even though the prophecy I received was not recorded during this meeting the testimony of its accuracy was. Prophet David Haines was the one God used to deliver His word to me. I have known David for a number of years and have seen him discover the prophetic gift that has been imparted into him.

Another Gospel

Not much has changed since the days of the early Apostles. Paul dealt with it in his day and now we too do well to put up with it.

But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it! 2 Corinthians 11:3,4

Just because someone uses the name of Jesus does not necessarily mean they are representing the true Son of the living God. By what spirit are these teachers being motivated to rule over God’s Church?

I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ. Galatians 1:6-10

Therefore, if I come, I will call to mind his deeds which he does, prating against us with malicious words. And not content with that, he himself does not receive the brethren, and forbids those who wish to, putting them out of the church. Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. He who does good is of God, but he who does evil has not seen God. 3 John 10,11

*Prophesies Promise*

When you receive a prophecy, there is one thing that will happen. God will allow you to be tested and tempted to see if you will waiver in believing in His word. God will even allow someone to come into your life offering you a great position although you know it does not line up with what God has for you. If you sell out, you will lose your blessing. You must always be sure that every decision you make lines up with His word of prophecy to you. If you do this, you will be in position to receive what God has promised you through His word.

Everything David did was weighed by what God had said to him through his word of prophecy. The promise David received through Samuel the prophet was that he would become king. When David received the word he was just a shepherd boy.

David waited twenty years to become king. But during those twenty years, David never forgot God’s word that he would become king. Many things happened to David which tested him. He was tested to see if he would do things according to the ways of God, according to the Scriptures.

When David stood with a sword over King Saul, he could have killed King Saul and taken over Saul’s army and become king. But David knew not to go against God’s prophets or touch His anointed. (Ref. Psalms 105:15) Although King Saul was not an obedient servant of the Lord, Saul was anointed by Samuel the Prophet to be king and he had the gift of prophecy.

… David waited upon the Lord, and in His timing received the complete promise of the prophecy.

David did not rush things or do anything that would negate God’s promise or go against His Holy Scriptures. He did not want to force the promise within his prophecy to come to pass by killing Saul. No, David waited upon the Lord, and in His timing received the complete promise of the prophecy.

*Holy War*

If our government continues to play down the Islamic Radical’s Jihad declared against all Christians and Jews, we are doomed. You can change the words, but it does not quash the hate that drives these people to want to kill us. The fact of the matter is no government’s army can win a Holy War without Spiritual guidance. Now more than ever, our government is hell-bent on removing everything of God out our nation.

Prophetically, I perceive that by mid-year 2012 there will come a breaking up of our leaders that will leave a gaping hole for the one whom God will raise up to stand toe to toe against the present administration. Backing this person will be an army of spiritual leaders representing all faiths and denominations of Christianity.

This anointed leader will be giving ear to present day prophets who will be so accurate in their gift they will be able to call the next domestic attack to the hour, day and location. You cannot win a Holy War without super-natural Holy men and women of God. Just look at what our enemy has been able to do in the past 20 years to our nation without so much as owning one tank, or plane, or command center. Yet we have spent billions in war machinery and technology and are at a standstill. Our enemy plots under our noses and soon will pull off a number of deadly attacks on our soil.

The past year has seen a serious and alarming increase of violent extremist activities throughout the United States. Contrary to what some in the media would have you think, this clear and present danger is not coming from the radical “right” or the liberal “left”. It is coming from Muslim terrorists whose activities are frightening and well-documented.

Authoritative Islam is a radical theo-political ideology that openly aims to kill Jews, Christians and other non-believers who do not convert or submit to Islam. This threat should be the primary concern of leaders and citizens alike. Unfortunately, we are living in a country where political correctness has trumped all security threats. How can we aggressively fight our enemy when some of us refuse to even identify them as such?

So the question that begs to be answered is: Is America at war with radical Islam and those who seek to carry out its doctrine?

*Lost in Prayer*

It is hard to believe that the war in Afghanistan has lasted longer than any war in America’s history. Yet we all seem to have lost touch with the fact that many men and women are serving and losing their lives. We must continue to keep them in our prayers along the way.

During the Bush administration the media posted the number of lives lost almost daily, seemingly with the intent of slamming the administration. However, the daily reminder of the horror our men and women faced kept most of us praying for them.

I have to admit I too had become lax in my prayers and thoughts of these courageous people until this past August, 2010. Many of you may remember Wes Arnold, my late wife’s older brother. Well, he and two of his other brothers are now in Afghanistan as contracted support for our troops. Not only have Wes, Lee and Steven signed up to serve in the cause there, Wes’s older son, Sterling, and Lee’s older son, Levi, are also serving our country’s war effort.

It has been reported that even though they are on a base that is considered to be a safe zone, they have come under mortar and rocket attack. Many troops and civilian contractors have lost their lives within the green zone. Needless to say we now PRAY daily for all who are serving in this war.

*Because You Ask Amiss*

What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.    James 4:1-3

When it comes to knowing or discerning people, Scripture gives us many different clues on how to read between the lines of their lives, so to speak. Just like knowing the ways of God helps us to know how He will react to certain things without being a prophet. “Thus, His ways are the same yesterday, today and forever” (Ref-Hebrews 13:8).

Just this past week, God taught me something I found very interesting. People are really more predictable than we may think, you can know what kind of person they are by the little things they say and do.

For example: you can know a lot of about a person just by the way they ask you if you want something. If a person constantly gets you something they think you need without asking, this indicates they have controlling spirit. On the other hand, if they ask you if they can get you what you say you need, it shows that they are very submissive. It also reveals that they have a compassionate heart. Someone who very seldom, if ever, asks if they can help is self-centered, caring more for themselves than others.

These are just a couple of elementary things you can find out very easily about a person. There is value in knowing your Bible and how to read between the lines before getting too involved with a potential friend or a partner in business or marriage. These are just a few things I have learned from the Holy Spirit and the Bible that I feel the need to share in this video “Because You Ask Amiss”. Spiritual Muscles

Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have perfected praise?

Spiritual muscles are not obtained just because we get older. I have found that solid mature spiritual giants can be in their teens. What does the Bible say?

Renewing our minds to line up with the thoughts of God cannot be taught. It can only be learned through experience. If you are not paying close attention and not well versed in scripture, you will miss the lesson to be learned. It seems that the more you learn from man’s teachings the further you drift from God. Watered down sermons and psychology based teaching are passive approaches to solve real life problems. Jesus knows what you have need of before you even ask. (ref. Matt. 6:8)

Knowing how to pray is very important. Most of the time we do not know what to pray. This I have learned. If we pray what the Father has to say our prayer will always be answered. Being that He knows what is best for us it would be wise to follow His lead.

Without knowing God’s ways and thoughts it is nearly impossible to understand why things do not workout. Without His grace our lives would be in a constant state of chaos. When grace isn’t working in our lives it is time to find God and His will.

These types of experiences are sometimes crash courses and strain our way of thinking…in the end you will have gained major spiritual muscle and have grown closer to perfection.

At this point, you can pray and He will direct your steps toward someone who can help. Once you have found your answer, you then need to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal through the Holy Scriptures His word to confirm the answer. This process is what we call renewing our minds; finding the mind set of God the Father. These types of experiences are sometimes crash courses and strain our way of thinking. However, in the end you will have gained major spiritual muscle and have grown closer to perfection.

*In His Power*

If there was ever a time we need the power of Jesus in our lives it is NOW! People are losing their jobs, reserve troops are being called from their homes and families to serve in the coming war and the economy is on the skids. With the Holy Spirit working in our lives, we will find the way out of our troubles. It is during these times that the move of God is found to be the greatest in the history of the church. With the bad come the GREAT ONE!
